Description: This project consisted of 19 student housing buildings with is approximately 250,000 square feet.

Systems:

• Lighting: Site lighting and lighting in each apartment unit.
• Power: Extended existing 12kv high voltage system on campus to two 208-volt distribution boards to feed each of the buildings.
• Telecommunications: Complete data, telephone and CATV systems.
• Signal: Fire alarm.
