Description: This project added a new high tech building to this facility. This building was approximately 50,000sf of office and manufacturing space.

Systems:

• Lighting: Combination of 2x4 recessed troffers and linear lighting. Relay panels controlled the lights.
• Power: 480-volt and 208-volt distribution throughout the building.
• Telecommunications: Conduit only for the telephone and data systems.
• Signal: Fire alarm.
