Description: This project consists of a new 70,000 square foot building with warehouse, barrel storage and office space.
Systems:
- Lighting: High bay fixtures throughout the building. 2x4 recessed troffers will be in the office areas.
- Power: 480-volt and 208-volt distribution throughout the building.
- Telecommunications: Conduit only for the telephone and data systems.
- Signal: Complete fire alarm system.
