Description: Three buildings consisting of two office buildings (67,000 square feet each) and one manufacturing building (93,000 square feet).
Systems:
- Lighting: 2x4 78-celled recessed parabolic fixtures. Relay panels with a networked time clock will be controlling the lights.
- Power: Each building has an individual 480-volt service with K-rate transformers feeding 208-volt distribution equipment.
- Telecommunications: Cable tray and conduit for the telephone and data systems.
- Signal: Networked fire alarm system for the campus, master clock for each building and a campus wide paging system.
